La muestra visual-poética tiene como objetivo presentar al poeta desde un ángulo nuevo. Es así que, respetando las líneas teóricas en las se enmarca su obra, se propone hacer, al mismo tiempo un recorrido visual de su entorno actual y de su entorno histórico, así como de los objetos que lo han acompañado a lo largo de sus 93 años y que poseen una carga simbólica para él representada en su poesía.
Respetando las líneas clásicas en las que se desarrolla su quehacer poético (la genealógica, la del oficio de poetizar, la erótica-mística, la numinosa, la elegíaca, etc.), se hace un recorrido por su biografía, enlazando (tal como ocurre en su poesía) aquellos hitos de los que entra y sale en la inmediatez de su palabra, logrando consagrar el instante en la revelación y el asombro de la vida-muerte, infancia-vejez, etc.
La muestra pretende mostrar algo de esta manera de Rojas, no sólo de escribir poesía sino de vivir poéticamente. Es así como se ha diseñado una estrategia de acercamiento a esta vida poética congregando a expertos en materia visual: museógrafos, fotógrafos y, al mismo tiempo, a conocedores de la obra de Gonzalo Rojas de modo de articular la muestra concentrando en este hito sus tiempos, sus imágenes, su quehacer poético.

The visual-poetic exhibition has as an objective presenting the poet from a new angle. Respecting theoretical lines in which his piece of work is framed, the proposal is a visual tour of his actual environment and his historical environment, also about the objects that have accompanied him in his 93 years and have a symbolic meaning for him represented by poetry.
Respecting the classic lines where his poetic task is carried out (genealogical, the profession of poetizes, the erotic-mystic, the numinous, the elegiac, etc.) there is a look over his biography, connecting (as in his poetry) those milestones in which he enters and leaves so easily because of the way he talks stablishing the instant in the revelation and the surprise of life-death, childhood-old age, etc.
The exhibition tries to show the way Rojas writes and lives poetically. There is a strategy designed to approach this poetical life congregating experts in visual areas: museographers, photographers, and at the same time, experts of the piece of work by Gonzalo Rojas in order to articulate the exhibition concentrating in this milestone his times, his images and his poetic task.
