“Alen, después de escuchar las historias de su abuela en alepue, sale, en la luna llena de agosto, a caminar por el campo. Se encuentra con el chingue, quien le invita a jugar. Alen para ganar la partida le canta un canto para hacerlo dormir. Al final ninguno de los dos se duerme y el chingue le hace un regalo a Alen: Una piedra”, ese es el argumento del concierto que el Premio Municipal de Literatura de Santiago, Leonel Lienlaf, dará en el Museo Arqueológico de Santiago (MAS) el próximo miércoles 6 de enero.
La actividad, llamada “Kuzen -Cantos en luna llena”, dura 40 minutos y está interpretada en su totalidad en mapuzungun. La idea de ésta es mostrar el trabajo artístico de este reconocido poeta mapuche y, también, reflexionar y conversar en torno a la muestra Wenu Pelon/ Portal de Luz que, desde abril de 2015, se exhibe en el MAS.
La exposición consiste en una instalación curada por el artista visual Francisco Huichaqueo –quien estará en el concierto-, y presenta piezas de arte mapuche del Museo Arqueológico (que actualmente se encuentran bajo la custodia del Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino). Se trata de una reinterpretación, tanto arqueológica como etnográfica, que se complementa con una serie de piezas de videoarte, producidas por el mismo Huichaqueo. “Son antiguas platerías y alfarerías mapuches que fluyen junto con la disciplina del cine”, explica el curador.
“Kuzen –cantos en luna llena” se realizará a las 19:30 horas en el MAS, ubicado en José Victorino Lastarria 307, dentro del Museo de Artes Visuales (MAVI).

The activity, called “Kuzen –full moon songs”, lasts 40 minutes and is interpreted in in mapuzungun (mapuche language).The idea of this is to show the work of this renowned mapuche poet and also to reflect and talk about the exhibition Wenu Pelon / Light Portal which, since April 2015, is exhibited in the MAS.
The exhibition consists of an installation curated by the visual artist Francisco Huichaqueo, who will be at the concert, and presents pieces of Mapuche art from the Archaeological Museum (currently under the custody of the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art). It is a reinterpretation, both archaeological and ethnographic, which is complemented by a series of video art pieces, produced by Huichaqueo himself. “Ancient Mapuche silverware and pottery that flows along with the cinema discipline “, explains the curator.
“Kuzen – full moon songs” will be held at 7:30 pm in the MAS, at José Victorino Lastarria 307, inside the Museum of Visual Arts (MAVI).

En el marco de la exposición HEROICA, Territorio de resistencia, del Colectivo CAJA NEGRA ARTES VISUALES, se realizará en la Plaza Mulato Gil de Castro, un concierto de música electrónica experimental, que reúne al artista Mario Z y Alejandro González, integrante de la Banda THE MUSEO REALMENTE CONTEMPORÁNEO.

In the context of the HEROICA exhibition, Territory of resistance, Black Box visual Arts, will be held in the Mulato Gil de Castro Square, an experimental electronic music concert, which brings together the artist Mario Z and Alejandro González, member of the Band THE REALLY CONTEMPORARY MUSEUM.
