DENTRO DEL MUSEO
- No se exige pase de movilidad y el uso de mascarilla no es obligatorio.
- Hay accesos, ascensor y servicios sanitarios para personas con movilidad reducida.
- Hay casilleros para dejar bolsos o abrigos.
- No está permitida la entrada con mascotas. Sí pueden entrar perros guía.
- El museo se reserva derecho de admisión.
FOTOGRAFÍAS
- Se pueden sacar fotos para uso personal (sin flash ni trípodes). Si las usas en redes sociales, etiqueta a @mavichile
- Para prensa, se debe solicitar autorización con anterioridad a comunicaciones@mavi.cl
- No está permitida la reproducción, distribución o venta de fotografías o grabaciones sin autorización previa desde info@mavi.cl
CIERRES TEMPORALES
- MAVI UC cierra durante los feriados irrenunciables: 1 de enero, 1 de mayo, 18 y 19 de septiembre, y 25 de diciembre.
- Cuando hay trabajos de mantenimiento u otras situaciones excepcionales, el museo cierra y lo informa en su sitio web y sus redes sociales.

On bike: The museum is a couple of minutes down Lastarria street coming from Alameda street. There is bike parking located outside Mulato Gil de Castro Plaza.
Parking: The museum does not have parking, but there are paid parking lots very close;
Aki Park: Entrance by Merced 317, Entrance by Monjitas 330.
Parking Lastarria: José Victorino Lastarria #70.
TIPS TO VISIT THE MUSEUM
Lockers: MAVI UC has a locker service for those who visit the museum and want to leave bags or coats.
Public health protocols: Hand sanitizer and a temperature checkpoint are located at the entrance. You must wear a mask at all times and stay at least one meter away from all other guests. If you are displaying symptoms or fail to follow the rules, museum staff has the right to deny you admission.
Accessibility and services for people with disabilities: All public areas of the museum are fully accessible, with an elevator and accessible bathrooms.
Photography policy: Photography for personal use in the exhibition rooms, without the use of flash or tripods, is allowed. For press purposes, permission must be requested prior to arrival for both recordings and photographs. Reproduction, distribution, or sale of photographs or video recordings without the prior authorization of MAVI UC is prohibited.
